Refund Policy

If a blueprint cannot be drawn for your subject, or the transcript cannot be scored, the credit is returned to your account without you asking. You will see it in your credit history as "Refunded — sitting failed". No sitting you were charged for is left unusable.

Unused credits can be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Write to us with the email on the account. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for the credits still held.

A sitting that ran to completion and produced a report is not refundable because you disagree with the score. The report shows the evidence quote behind every judgement and the margin the passes disagreed by — if you believe the reading is wrong, send us the sitting and we will look at it, and we will refund the credit where the fault is ours.

Use contact, from the email address on the account, within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days.
