Terms of Service

A sitting is one adaptive oral examination on a subject you name, followed by a scored report. Sittings are sold as credits held against your account. One credit is spent when a sitting begins.

A report is a structured record of what your answers contained. It is not a certification, licence, accreditation, qualification, or determination of professional competence, and it confers no professional standing. Do not present it as one, and do not rely on it — or ask anyone else to rely on it — in place of a regulated assessment.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it. One person per account. Credits are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value.

Do not attempt to extract blueprints, prompts, or model outputs for reuse; do not automate sittings; do not submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to submit; and do not use the service to seek advice you would otherwise obtain from a qualified professional.

Reports are private by default. You choose, per sitting, whether to create a shareable link, list the result in public rankings, show your name, and include the transcript. Anything you publish can be seen, quoted, and cached by others; withdrawing publication removes it from our surfaces but cannot recall copies already made.

Sittings depend on third-party model providers. If a sitting cannot be blueprinted or scored, the credit is returned to your account automatically. See the refund policy.

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechneLab's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the sittings in question. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report.
